    All custom orders require full payment of the quoted cost upfront. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the buyer after 5 business days, that deposit is forfeited immediately to Sarona Design, Inc. Sarona Design, Inc. reserves the right to extend lead time of custom order products as it sees fit, and all dates given for custom orders are approximate. Prices quoted for these custom order parts are also subject to change. Buyer is not entitled to chargebacks, reductions of price, or other offsets as a result of late shipments or failure to deliver in initial estimated time of delivery. If special order items are to be picked up, this must be done within 30 days of manufacture. If left over 30 days, and the buyer has not made any attempts to claim their order, the buyer risks forfeiture of their order.
